DYC

I just bought this dress yesterday from Forever21 and I'm obsessed with it; I love the bow and collar and cummerbum waist, it has such a vintage look to it. A friend of ours' mother is a club member at the Detroit Yacht club on Belle Isle so we got to go sit by the pool for a little while and soak up some much needed sun. Perfect! We also stopped by this tower (or carillon) beforehand to take some photos (it also has a mote going around it!). It's was built in 1939 for Nancy Brown, a well-loved columnist for the Detroit News.

    Yes! I love it so much and it was light enough to wear on a hot day :)
