today was a perfect day for old-timey baseball and walks around old-timey land (aka greenfield village). the gardens were in full bloom and everything looked so beautiful! it was a great way to spend our sunday.
i hope everyone had a great weekend! mine was nice and relaxing. i went to see the beach boys on friday night with a couple of girlfriends and saturday was spent cleaning up my sewing room (which was a disaster zone) and reading on our back porch. the weather here has been very fall-like which i love! isn't it funny that when february rolls around i can't wait until summer, but when summer is here i wish for fall, which always leads to the longest winter?
